If you are looking for a dose of inspiration drizzled with a bit of silly you have come to the right place. I believe that change is a catalyst for greatness. “In order to make a shift in your life, something has to change.”. – I said that.

What does change look like for you?

Is it eating new foods in order to change your body and lose weight?  Or shifting the direction you sit at work to get a different perspective?  Or, maybe it means using your left hand instead of your right.

I love the idea of change because it’s a choice you make at a moments notice that can shift an outcome and cause a different result.  The very act of change means you are in motion.

Think about it …  What’s the opposite if change?  Sameness, Stagnant, Stuck, Idle?

Whatever the change – big or small -  I invite you to try doing something differently to see what’s possible.
